Not so good but getting better PDF Print E-mail
Ok. Drinking all that stuff last night was fun but now I feel lethargic. It is 1PM and I have not eaten yet neither am I hungry.

OK. 2PM. Ate an egg fried w/pepperoni and topped with some leftover fresh black been salsa. Drank 1 Sugar-free Red Bull and like 3 glasses of water. 1 gluten free cookie.

Aunt Gussie's Gluten-Free Chocolate Spritz Cookies taste like cardboard. It costs almost $10 for the box and I regret buying it. I would rather have no sweets than this.The one cookie is like 6 grams OF WASTED CARBS. I feel sorry for people who can't have wheat, maybe you get used to it. Damn.

Coffee w/Splenda & heavy cream. Thumb-sized crust of bread w/lots of butter. Feeling full!

Dinner - Entrecote steak w/grilled peppers, mushrooms and Freddy's Pepper Sauce. Medium, closer to medium rare and simply delicious.

Vodka and sugar-free Red Bull. Went out with Bianca for a drink and had (gulp) about 5 finlandia grapefruit vodka and club sodas. Then half a Bud Lite.

Monday. Had a breakfast pass from the Sheraton but didn't go. Half a cup of black coffee.

1 boiled egg w/4 slices bacon. Not hungry today VERY IRRITATED AT STUPID PEOPLE WHO MAKE ME LOSE MY APPETITE AND WANT TO HURL.

A Very Good Sunday! PDF Print E-mail
Sunday!

Mom came to town. So after I recovered from Saturday night (about 5 glasses of wine and a low-carb Gatorade), I got up and ate half a beef short rib.

Sipped a Diet Pepsi. Went to La Hipica (new fave spot) and had a wide selection of authentic Spanish tapas. Garlic shrimp, beef skewer with onions and peppers, chickpeas stewed in a divine sauce, grilled chorizo and a delightful little dish of Grilled Provolone w/Mushrooms and Peppers. Had a French bread heel crust soaked in the garlic shrimp sauce. Shared a bottle of sauvignon blanc w/Mum, then had an extra glass on the way out.

Met up with Pops at Indigo. Had another two glasses of wine. Had a few bites of a club sandwich on wheat. Carb count above 20 but not bad.
